As a true homage to Southeast Asia, Cho77 illuminates Denver’s Baker neighborhood with modern interpretations of the area’s most prominent street cuisine.  Cho77 celebrates the rich culture, diverse foods and vast history of this colorful region.  With our open kitchen and vibrant, casual environment we invite you to experience the Thai food stalls, Vietnamese street carts, and Singaporean hawker centers that Chefs Lon Symensma and Ryan Gorby have grown to love during their extensive travels throughout these Asian countries.
